Today the students of Leninsk boarding school go in for sports outside, at school recreation zones, in small offices designed for general educational purposes. But they achieve high results in sport due to teachers’ enthusiasm and great children desire to become physically strong, learn how to cope with difficulties related to their disability.

Construction of sports ground in “Nadezhda” center for children with disabilities (Volzhskiy)
The center annually renders aid to approximately 1000 children with disabilities, 200 children daily pass rehabilitation course, 56 of them are on full time residence and 144 children stay in the center at daytime.

Reconstruction of sports hall in boarding school №8 of Krasnooktiabrskii district
A sports hall of the boarding school №8 is situated in Kransooktiabrskii district of Volgograd at 57, Yeremenko Street. In this hall we plan to organize free trainings for children aged 6-9 years old and from dysfunctional families. The process of training will be led by a Candidate Master of Sports in judo and, graduate from Volgograd State Academy of Physical Education and Culture O. Repin.

Sports festival for orphans from orphan homes
The fund plans to organize a sports festival for orphans from orphan homes which will take place in Volgograd and will last for two days. The festival includes a sport and entertainment programme. Number of participants: 150-200 children.

Competition, awarded by Yelena Isinbayeva, among young sportsmen
An open individual championship, awarded by Yelena Isinbayeva, among young sportsmen, is planned to be held in May 2015. The competition will be dedicated to Children’s Day.

GKUZ (state healthcare institution) ‘Volgograd regional children’s clinical mental hospital’(Centre of children and teenagers’ mental health) is the only institution of this type in the Southern Federal district, where the work on the optimization of children and teenagers’ mental health, prevention of illegal actions of people in difficult life situation and rehabilitation of disabled children is successfully held.

Sports festival for children with health defects.
Yelena Isinbayeva’s Charity foundation is planning to organize a one day sports festival for children who have health defects. The festival includes a sports and entertainment programme. Number of participants: 100-150 children.

The Voroshilovskii social rehabilitation centre for under-18s renders social services for children-orphans, children left without parental care, children in a difficult life situation and in a social risk. The institution can admit 55 people in terms of 24-hour stay and 15 people in terms of day-time stay.

Fifth annual Festival “Every child is worth standing on podium”
During two days children of different age competed in relay races as well as in individual and team GTO (Ready for labour and defense) championships. Moreover, on the first day of the competitions every registered team had to prepare an artistic performance before the judges.

During 5 months they will work in groups, each consisting of 10 people, under a special method so that everyone can design their own project.

Teams from Novoanninsk, Uriupinsk, Serafimovich, Kotovsk, Vetutnevsk, Tormosinovsk, Rudniansk, Mikhailovsk, Volzhsky and Volgograd orphanages, but also from the Volgograd boarding school participated in the competitions.

140 children from 8 to 18 years of age and who suffer from hearing disorder took part in the competitions.

Construction of sports grounds in Orphanages
Coca-Cola Company in Russia and Yelena Isinbayeva Charity foundation will construct a sports ground for children in five orphanages in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novocherkassk, Verkhny Tagil and Volzhsky.

Southern Federal District Festival «Every child is worth standing on podium»
Yelena Isinbayeva Charity foundation project consists in organizing and staging sporting events for students from social institutions of 4 regions: Volgograd region, Rostov-on-Don region, Astrakhan region and Krasnodar region.

Sports ground on the territory of Elementary school №1 for children with vision disorders.
With a view to provide conditions for safely practicing sport activities and games in the school, the administration of the institution has addressed to Yelena Isinbayeva Charity foundation with a request to build a sports ground with an area of 200m2 on the territory of the school.

STREET SPORTS FESTIVAL IN VOLGOGRAD
For the first time Yelena Isinbayeva Fund with support of the Fund of Presidential Grants and its special partner Igor Rybakov organized a major Russian festival of street sports such as parkour, workout and 3x3 streetball.

NEW WORKOUT GROUND IN VOLZHSKY
Yelena Isinbayeva Charity foundation with the support of sponsors has built six public grounds for practicing workout in the Volgograd region. By popular request from athletes and Volzhsky residents it was decided to start fund raising for the construction of a new workout ground Volzhsky.

SPORTING GROUND FOR FAMILY IN VOLGOGRAD
A new unique sporting ground was built in Volgograd.

The event was organized by Yelena Isinbayeva Charity fund as part of the program “Our support – their victories” and under support of the Museum of Military Hostory “Naslediye” (Hertage).
